Q1: When Do I Pay For My Order?
A: We require a mandatory non-refundable down payment at the time of your order. Our down payment requirement is half of your order total. If you are having your order delivered we will need the total balance paid in full 48 hours in advance of your event. If you’re picking up your order the rest of your payment needs to be paid in full.
Q2: What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Order?
A: In the event of a cancellation we will need to be notified 2 weeks in advance of your event. Your down payment will not be refunded. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Q3: Are There Delivery and Set Up Services?
A: We do offer delivery and set up services. We charge a travel fee of $50 for anywhere within a 25 mile radius of our bakery. If your order requires a difficult delivery time there is an extra fee. Other distances outside the 25 mile radius will be priced accordingly.
Q4: Are Cake Stands Available?
A: We have several cakes and cupcake stands available for rental. These usually come with your special occasion set up service. We require a refundable deposit check prior to your event for the rental and you will receive the check back once the stands have been delivered back to our bakery within 7 days after your event.
Q5: How Much Are Your Catering Desserts?
A: All of our desserts are priced depending on the amount of services needed and the decoration that you’re wanting.
Q6: When & How Do I Place An Order?
We suggest that you place your order 2 weeks in advance. Any shorter and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get your order completed in time. We take orders in advance up to 18 months.
Q7: How Many People Are Allowed To Come To The Cake Tasting?
A: We usually require up to 5 people for your cake taste testing. This is because we need your full attention in order to get all of the necessary information to design and make you the cake of your dreams.
Q8: When Are Cake Tastings?
Our cake tastings are available on Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays. Our first appointments start at 11:00 AM and the last appointment begins at 5:00 PM. Please call us in advance to schedule your testing. 844-339-6334
